Delete your InGiro account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open InGiro and go to Profile.
2. Tap Settings, then Delete account, and confirm.

By email

If you can't open the app, email support@ingiro.co from the email address linked to your account, with "Delete my InGiro account" in the subject line. To protect your account, we may ask you to confirm details linked to it first.

What happens

• Your profile is hidden immediately.
• About 30 days later we erase your profile, photos, prompts, verification selfies, messages you sent, likes and passes, Ciaooo! records, request history, location, preferences and sign-in details.
• If your account is under a safety review, we keep it until the review ends, generally within 12 months of the last report.
• Reports, blocks, moderation decisions and purchase records are kept as described in our Privacy Policy.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an InGiro Plus subscription. Cancel it in your App Store settings (iPhone: Settings > your name > Subscriptions) or in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions.
